Service Packages:
- a. For service packages paid in full:
- If you decide to cancel our services within 72 hours from the start time of the initial consultation, you are eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the total package fee. For cancellations on the day of initial consultation, you are eligible for a partial refund of 25% of the total package fee.
b. For payment plans: If you choose to pay for the coaching services in instalments, the initial deposit is non-refundable. If you decide to cancel the coaching program before completion, you will be responsible for any remaining payments as per the agreed-upon payment plan.
Refund Explanation:
- We do not offer refunds after consultation, your Blissful Babies Sleep Coaching Sleep Coach will have spent a significant amount of time on your package. You will have been provided with an action plan and therefore will not be eligible for a refund.
Unused Support:
- For packages that include post consultation support, it is your responsibility to book and engage with such support. No refunds will be processed for unused support, in the form of emails, messages or catch-up calls.
Unforeseen Circumstances:
- We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to provide the agreed-upon coaching services, we will work with you to reschedule sessions or find a suitable solution. In such cases, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Results Guarantee:
- While we are dedicated to helping you achieve improved sleep for your child, the effectiveness of our coaching can vary based on several factors, including unforeseen medical reasons, your child's temperament and adherence to the sleep plan. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Requesting a Refund:
- To request a refund, please contact us at [contact email] with your request and the reason for your refund within the specified time frame, as outlined in this policy. All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 5 business days of receiving your request.
Refund Processing:
- Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
